The situation is particularly concerning in Aranyaprathet District, where the Promhod canal overflowed. Ongoing rainfall has prevented drainage, causing floodwaters to inundate homes and community areas in several locations.
Amid rapidly rising water levels, rescue personnel in Aranyaprathet received emergency calls for assistance. They promptly deployed teams and equipment to inspect affected areas and provide aid to impacted residents, especially bedridden patients inside flooded homes who urgently needed to be relocated.
