All buildings and the construction site of the Good Deeds Organization Foundation in Pathum Thani have been quietly closed after Thanyaburi Municipality officials posted three notices at the main entrance ordering construction to be suspended.
On 31 October 2026, reporters surveyed the Good Deeds Organization Foundation, led by Dr. Panadda Wongpudi, located at Khlong 8, Lam Phak Kut Subdistrict, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani. The site covers about 2 rai and 300 square wah, with a construction budget of 50 million baht. It includes four main buildings as follows.
The Shrine Building (Good Deeds Organization Foundation Shrine "Fu Tian Gong") houses sacred objects and serves as a spiritual center. Initial funding partially came from Luang Pu Sila Sirichanto and other devoted supporters.
Three large buildings serve as offices and coordination centers for assistance to food vendors selling affordable meals and operate a charitable kitchen for the poor, as well as providing a warm shelter for women and children facing hardship.
The Disaster Relief Center includes space for storing relief supplies such as rice and dry food, plus parking areas for vehicles and boats to support flood relief operations.
The vocational development area is used for training and skill-building for local residents, along with a large domed parking lot and a relaxation garden.
The atmosphere was quiet, with all buildings closed. Only one female foundation staff member appeared, asking the media not to photograph inside the buildings but only the exterior. She declined to comment on issues, saying they must wait for Mae Boom (Dr. Panadda) to personally provide explanations.
Meanwhile, Thanyaburi Municipality posted three notices at the foundation's entrance starting 30 October. The first order suspends construction, alteration, demolition, or relocation of buildings under Section 40(1) for lack of permission or notification from local officials and for deviating from approved plans and conditions.
The second order prohibits use or entry into any parts of the building or construction site under Section 40(2) without approval or notification from local officials and for deviations from approved plans and conditions.
The third notice orders the submission of permit applications or notifications, or corrections regarding construction, alteration, demolition, or relocation of buildings under Section 41 without approval or notification and deviations from approved plans and conditions. All three orders were issued by Chaiwat Leenawarat, Deputy Mayor acting for the Mayor of Thanyaburi Municipality.
