In the morning, Cambodian forces fired BM-21 rockets into Thai civilian areas at Ban Khlong Phang, Ta Phraya District, Sa Kaeo Province, totaling 40 rounds. This caused widespread damage to civilian homes not involved in military operations, as well as public utilities, agricultural land, and village roads. This demonstrates Cambodia’s intention not to end the conflict and their violation of human rights principles and international humanitarian law, severely impacting innocent civilians' lives and property.
