Central Group has appointed a new chairman, vice chairmen, and board members, aiming to strengthen governance, enhance supervisory efficiency, and support the long-term growth direction of the business.
On 14 Jan, reporters reported that Central Group, a leading retail and service business with networks across Southeast Asia and Europe, announced the appointment of a new board of directors following the expiration of the previous board's term on 31 Dec. The new appointments take effect from 1 Jan 2026. This change aims to reinforce governance, improve organizational oversight, and support the business’s long-term growth.
Shareholders have appointed the new board of directors, which held a special meeting to appoint the chairman and vice chairmen as follows: 1. Professor Emeritus Dr. Sutthipan Chirathivat, Chairman; 2. Mrs. Yuwadee Chirathivat, Vice Chairman; 3. Mr. Kobchai Chirathivat, Vice Chairman; 4. Mr. Sutthisak Chirathivat, Director; 5. Mr. Sutthitham Chirathivat, Director; 6. Dr. Prasarn Trairatvorakul, Director; 7. Mrs. Nitsinee Chirathivat, Director; 8. Mr. Sutthilak Chirathivat, Director; 9. Mr. Narongrit Chirathivat, Director; 10. Miss Walaya Chirathivat, Director; 11. Mr. Parin Chirathivat, Director; 12. Mr. Theeradej Chirathivat, Director; 13. Mr. Thot Chirathivat, Director; 14.
