It targets customers with limited time from morning to noon, highlighting healthy rice curry made with San Pa Tong brown rice, genuine natural vegetables, and the 3 No principles.
Thammathibusiness Social Enterprise Co., Ltd. officially launched the new food line “Khao Kaeng Tam Mee” at its Sammakorn branch to serve workers, students, and families during busy morning and lunch hours. Currently, there is a free tasting event lasting five full days (25 Feb –1 Mar.From 06:00 to 14:00 before the full commercial launch on3 March2026.
“Khao Kaeng Tam Mee” is an extension of the existing main service called “Full-table Dining,” which offers a dining experience with multiple freshly cooked dishes suitable for special meals or group dining. Adding the rice curry service expands the time and access from special meals to everyday meals for urban people. The rice curry remains focused on health, using ingredients from Thammathibusiness’s grower network, San Pa Tong brown rice, genuine natural vegetables, and the 3 No concept: No MSG, No Chemicals, and No Formalin. This ensures food safety, good quality, and affordable prices clearly set at 45 baht for one dish, 60 baht for two dishes, and 75 baht for three dishes.
Pichate Tonitiwong, General Manager of Thammathibusiness Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., said, “Our original Tam Mee restaurant serves healthy food suitable for shared meals at a full table. Today, we extend the same concept to the fast-paced daily meals while maintaining standards with genuine natural vegetables and assured food origins. During the free tasting period, the atmosphere was lively, with customers saying the taste was delicious and they felt safe eating it, especially noting the San Pa Tong brown rice was softer than any brown rice they had tried before.
For service hours, Tam Mee Sammakorn branch adjusted to serve both formats: rice curry from 06:00 to 14:00, and full-table dining from 12:00 to 21:00. The Banthat Thong branch continues full-table dining service from 10:00 to 21:00. The restaurants are open daily, closed every Monday.
Additionally, the company plans to expand the rice curry service to the Banthat Thong branch next to meet the needs of consumers and tourists seeking healthy, reasonably priced food.
