On 4 March, reporters reported that the Department of Business Development (DBD), Ministry of Commerce, is continuously driving grassroots economic development in Udon Thani Province by organizing the 3rd Franchise Career Roadshow from 5-8 March 2026 at Lan Nakha 1-2, Central Udon Thani Shopping Center. This event aims to connect business networks from the central region to the provinces and support Thai franchise entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses into local markets.
This event features more than 40 leading franchise brands covering food, beverage, service, and beauty businesses. It offers opportunities for interested entrepreneurs, investors, small business operators, and the general public to select franchises that match their interests and capabilities. Attendees can negotiate business deals directly with franchise owners. The event also offers promotional franchise package discounts to enable unemployed individuals and those wanting to own a business to access franchise investments more easily, thereby stimulating the grassroots economy and strengthening the regional economic system. Additionally, the event provides investment and franchise business management consultations from leading financial institutions participating with booths to offer advice and financial support, along with exclusive promotions and special franchise discounts available only during the event.
Reporters further noted that, on this occasion, the Department of Business Development invites those interested in investing in franchise businesses and residents in Udon Thani Province and nearby areas in the Northeast to attend the 3rd Franchise Career Roadshow from 5-8 March 2026 at Lan Nakha 1-2, Central Udon Thani Shopping Center, from 10:00 to 21:00 daily, free of charge.
