At 09:00 on 24 June 2024 GMT+7, at the Surat Thani Provincial Post Office, Dr. Waraporn Khongkieopun, Chief Strategy and Organizational Development Officer for Postal Region 8, along with executives from Thailand Post and staff, launched the Roadshow caravan to cheer for the UEFA Euro 2024 football championship results, reinforcing the campaign to enjoy football and win prizes anytime, anywhere.
The Surat Thani Post Office held the event under the theme "The Spirit of Southern People Winning Big with the Post Office." The launch featured a football kicked by Manorah and Dr. Waraporn Khongkieopun, Chief Strategy and Organizational Development Officer. They released a caravan of vehicles with promotional models cheering for the football event. Postal delivery staff then went out to meet the people of Surat Thani city municipality, inviting them to participate in the UEFA Euro 2024 football sweepstakes via postcards and online postcards, while photographing the caravan at key local landmarks.
Dr. Waraporn Khongkieopun, Chief Strategy and Organizational Development Officer, said Thailand Post partnered with Thairath for this campaign. This year, football results are offered in two formats: postcards and online postcards, with a grand prize pool exceeding 10 million baht, including cash, cars, gold, and other prizes. The top prize is 6,500,000 baht in cash, and the special prize for the champion sender who sends the most online postcards is an electric car. Additionally, there are 24 gold prizes valued at over one million baht.
