The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) has sent Cell Broadcast alerts warning of "heavy rain" in Saba Yoi and Sadao districts, Songkhla Province.
On 18 Dec 2025 GMT+7, the Facebook pageof the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM)posted a message stating, "The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) warns of heavy rain in Saba Yoi and Sadao districts. Rain clusters remain in the area. Beware of flooding and landslides along canals, rivers, low-lying areas, and foothills. Move belongings to higher ground, secure valuables and important documents, be cautious of electric shocks, and care for vulnerable groups."
DDPM has partnered with mobile network providers AIS, True, and NT to send these heavy rain alerts via Cell Broadcast to residents in Saba Yoi and Sadao districts, Songkhla Province.
In addition, people can report incidents and request assistance via the DDPM emergency Line at 1784 by adding the Line ID @1784DDPM, or by calling the emergency hotline 1784, available 24 hours a day."
