Dr. Ae Delivers Fiery Speech, Asks for Chance for Southern Youth to Change the Country as the Right Prime Minister for the People

"Dr. Ae" delivered a passionate speech, asking for a chance for the southern youth to transform the country as the right prime minister for the people. He pledged to repay the taxpayers for funding his education by bringing back knowledge and experience to develop the nation and reform the economic system. He cited his mother's teaching: "The children of the people are my own children," and asserted that it’s not enough to be good — one must be capable and effective.

On 12 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Mr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, prime minister candidate and leader of the Thai Move Forward Party, took the stage at Ban Na Doem Market Intersection in Ban Na Doem District, Surat Thani Province. With a fierce and serious tone, he emphasized that he is a descendant of the South, born in Takua Pa District, Phang Nga Province, from a family of civil servants; his father was a teacher in Surat Thani. He asked for the opportunity to change the country, urging people to choose number 49 and volunteer to be the right prime minister for the people — a prime minister with southern roots who will transform the nation.

Mr. Suchatvee said he had the opportunity to use taxpayers' money to study abroad, earning a doctorate from the world's top university. His mother, a teacher, taught him to be diligent, study hard, be a good person, and disciplined. Therefore, he committed to being a good son and student, disciplined in his work, and hardworking all his life. Yet, he has not seen Thailand improve compared to neighboring countries, despite abundant resources and hardworking Thai people who rival any nation.

He stated that although he loves this country, it is harmed and regresses due to the same old politics. If everyone continues to elect MPs by the same old methods, things will not improve but worsen. While he did not accuse anyone specifically, he spoke as a southern son, pointing out that despite Thailand’s wealth in resources, the country remains poor, caused entirely by politics. Returning to the old ways, buying votes with 500 or 1,000 baht will not improve anyone’s life. Instead, voters should choose good politicians and party leaders who will care for all the children, restore fairness, and distribute abundant resources evenly to the people. The time is now; we cannot wait or tolerate being deceived. Surat Thani will see increased income by choosing new people, new parties, and supporting the southern son named Dr. Ae Suchatvee as the right prime minister for Thailand.

Being prime minister is not for just anyone, nor simply about taking the stage. It is not easy because the prime minister must be pure, without blemish, and consider the people as his own family, as his own children. His mother once said that if he entered politics, he must think that the children of the people are his own children. He has always thought this way and sees it as a prime minister’s essential quality. However, the final quality is not only to love the people or their children but to be capable and effective. Having received taxpayers’ money to earn his doctorate, now is the opportunity to bring back knowledge, ability, and experience to repay the people, the country, and the land. With his strength, energy, experience, and knowledge, he will tirelessly serve as the right prime minister for the people of Surat Thani and all Thais.

Mr. Suchatvee emphasized that this speech stage is the most important and best he has ever stood on. Everyone came with pure intentions to support the Thai Move Forward Party, giving him positive energy, including the five candidates running for MPs in this election. Today, he volunteers to overhaul an unfair system that exploits Thai people — a system that benefits politicians, enriching them while falsely promising care, only to bring in external capital to exploit their own people.

However, the Thai Move Forward Party volunteers to reform the economic system, using resources equitably, symbolized by the party’s arrow moving sharply to solve problems. It aims to be the first arrow to care for the younger generation with free education, free lunch programs, and tuition subsidies.

Reporters noted that the atmosphere at the speech was lively, with locals coming to support and presenting marigold garlands intermittently during the speech. Afterward, villagers showed encouragement and requested photos as keepsakes before he traveled to Nakhon Si Thammarat Province to assist candidates with campaigning the next day.
