Saboteurs planted bombs at seven locations in Narathiwat Province, in the districts of Yi-ngo and Ra-ngae, targeting trash bins and trees along the roadside. No one was injured. The acts are believed to be intentional attempts to create chaos.
A reporter stated that between 23:05 and 05:00 hours, spanning the night of 14 to 15 February 2026, Lieutenant Police Sub-Lieutenant Boran Pitinanannon, deputy investigation officer at Yi-ngo Police Station, Narathiwat Province, was notified of a bomb explosion near a trash bin in front of a motorcycle repair shop on the route to Yi-ngo Chalermprakiet 80th Anniversary Hospital, Village No. 7, Yi-ngo Subdistrict, Yi-ngo District.
