Fair Party Abruptly Removes Kanweer as Secretary-General for Unauthorized Endorsement of Anutin as Prime Minister

The Fair Party has abruptly removed Kanweer from the position of party secretary-general due to unauthorized claims of party consensus supporting Anutin as prime minister. Meanwhile, Pitipong has resigned as party leader ahead of the general meeting on 21 Dec 2025.

At 17:30 on 3 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reporters noted that the Fair Party's Facebook page posted a statement saying that amid ongoing political changes, the people's economic hardships remain inadequately addressed. The country's governance is failing to keep pace with the situation as it approaches the upcoming election. Therefore, preparing policies and strategic planning for the public is extremely important.

Accordingly, the Fair Party must restructure internally to become stronger and better prepared at both leadership and administrative levels. This aims to ensure political decisions align in one direction, respect party regulations, maintain transparency, are verifiable, and more effectively serve the public.

The party hereby announces: 1. Pitipong Temcharoen has expressed his intention to resign as "Fair Party Leader." 2. The party has resolved to remove Kanweer Suebsang from the position of "Fair Party Secretary-General" effective immediately, due to actions violating party rules by falsely claiming party consensus in support of the previous prime ministerial selection without submitting the matter to the party executive committee for approval. Party regulations require such support to be approved by the executive committee.

The party must strictly adhere to its rules and resolutions amid the political context moving toward a crucial election. The Fair Party will convene a meeting on 21 December 2025 GMT+7 to select and appoint knowledgeable, capable, and visionary individuals as party leader, secretary-general, and new executive team. They will lead election preparations and advance the party's ideology steadily. Over the past nine years, the Fair Party has reaffirmed its commitment to constructive, transparent new politics focused on the public interest.
