On 11 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Mr. Sujinda Sengiampaisan, known as Lawyer James Australia and head of the foreign affairs division of the Thai Khao Mai party, revealed that under the leadership of party leader Suchatvee Suwansawat, the party recognizes the importance of Thais overseas, including their living conditions, Thai workers, and students abroad. He was sent as head of the foreign affairs division to meet Thai residents and business owners in Thai Town in downtown Sydney to listen to their concerns. This visit also served as an opportunity to campaign for Thai voters worldwide to exercise their voting rights. Nearly 2 million Thais live abroad, and Sydney, Australia, has the highest number of overseas Thai voters outside the kingdom.
Mr. Sujinda said that Thai Khao Mai is the first and only party to listen to the problems of Thais abroad to improve their livelihoods. The party is ready to support and care for Thais through all channels to ensure they live with dignity, uphold Thai honor, and gain respect from foreigners.

James has built a "positive energy–approachable" persona, becoming known as a new-generation content creator with a large following on Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. He is widely recognized among Thais in Australia for providing various assistance, especially regarding marriage registration. Additionally, he has experience as a businessman, company general manager, sales trainer, and host.
