Chuwit points out that the People’s Party has been repeatedly deceived. He had warned before that no one expects the Bhumjaithai Party to keep its promises. It's like entrusting meat to a hungry tiger. The public sees through it, but the new generation of politicians does not discern this.
On 12 Dec 2025 GMT+7, reporters reported that Mr. Chuwit Kamolvisit former leader of the Rak Prathet Thai Party, posted a message viahis personal Facebook pageregarding Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul’s announcement to dissolve the House of Representatives. He analyzed it as a political game repeatedly mishandled by the People’s Party, which he had warned about before. He said no political party acts like this: hoping to amend the constitution, making an MOA, then voting for the Bhumjaithai Party to form the government, while the People’s Party sits in opposition, only criticizing and dreaming that within four months there will be a new constitution and elections.
"Up to now, amid the Thai-Cambodian conflict, Bhumjaithai chose to betray, tore up the MOA, and dissolved parliament to avoid a no-confidence debate during wartime. This is very cruel. Even if they remain caretaker, this is not about putting the nation first but putting the party first. The Orange Party did not get what it hoped for and instead opened the door for Bhumjaithai to welcome big families into the party, move civil servants, use the budget, and prepare for new elections. The People’s Party probably thought if Bhumjaithai betrayed them, their vote would drop. But in this case, Bhumjaithai benefits freely while the People’s Party is fooled and loses again."
Chuwit further stated that since the MOU to form the government with Mr. Pita Limjaroenrat of the Move Forward Party, they were deceived; later the MOA to select the new Prime Minister with Mr. Nataphong Ruangpanit of the People’s Party was also deceptive. They were deceived from start to finish. Although the People’s Party had good intentions, their lack of experience and inability to read political games caused repeated mistakes. The Orange Party became skilled at campaigning but, once in politics, threw away the 14 million votes given by the public. This is an expensive lesson. Worse, the phenomenon of issuing blank checks for the Blue Party to fill in numbers will further lower the People’s Party’s vote count.
"I have warned again and again that choosing Bhumjaithai to hope for new rules is like entrusting meat to a hungry tiger. No one expects Bhumjaithai to keep their word because it is well known that the old generation of politicians cannot be trusted. The public sees this clearly, but only the new generation of politicians like the People’s Party fails to see it and is repeatedly deceived."
