On 12 December 2025, following the royal decree dissolving the House of Representatives B.E. 2568 (2025 CE) taking effect, reporters reported that at the Chartthaipattana Party headquarters, since early morning, the 10 former Members of Parliament (MPs) from the party — including Warawut Silpa-archa, former party leader; Praphat Phothasuthon, former party secretary-general; Sorachad Sujit; Nopadol Matsee; Nattawut Prasertsuwan; Samoekan Tiangtham, former MP from Suphanburi; Panuwat Sasomsap; Anucha Sasomsap; Supachok Srisukjorn, former MP from Nakhon Pathom; and Anurak Jurimat, former MP from Roi Et — gradually arrived at the party headquarters to submit their resignation letters to the party’s membership registrar.
