Rakchart Party Demands to Know If China and the U.S. Are Sincere About Resolving Thai-Cambodian Border Conflict

The Secretary-General of the Rakchart Party issued a fiery statement questioning whether China and the U.S. are truly sincere about resolving the Thai-Cambodian border war, expressing surprise and uncertainty about who initiated the attacks.

On 13 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Mr. Thitipan Keyanont, Secretary-General of the Rakchart Party, released a statement in English questioning several leading countries with world-class technology, yet unable to determine who initiated the attacks in the Thai-Cambodian border area. He also called on the United Nations (UN) to urgently investigate Cambodia’s construction of bunkers in the World Heritage area and the seizure of over 15 billion dollars in bitcoin linked to criminal groups.

Mr. Thitipan sharply criticized the Thai-Cambodian conflict by comparing it to the technological advancements of global powers—China’s ability to launch satellites and build a permanent space station orbiting Earth, and the U.S. having rovers on Mars. Yet, he questioned why, with such advanced technology, it remains unclear who fired first in the clashes between Thailand and Cambodia.

Regarding the World Heritage area issue, the statement accused Cambodia of establishing military bases and building bunkers within the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Rakchart Party views these actions as requiring immediate countermeasures from the United Nations.

Mr. Thitipan also revealed information referring to the case where the U.S. and the U.K. seized bitcoin assets valued at more than 15 billion U.S. dollars, which are linked to groups
of scammers in Cambodia. He stated that the value of these seized assets far exceeds Cambodia’s annual national budget.

“At this point, can we still not see who the real scammers are, deceiving the world by portraying themselves as the victims?” The Secretary-General of the Rakchart Party concluded that this issue can no longer be ignored, and the global community must cooperate to counter this threat to humanity.
