On 16 December 2025 GMT+7, Ms. Lalida Pertviwatana, Deputy Government Spokesperson, announced that Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul has presented the National Children's Day motto for 2026 as “Love Thailand, Care for the World.” This motto aims to nurture Thai children and youth to grow into quality citizens who love and take pride in their country while being mindful of their responsibilities toward the environment, society, and the global community.
The Deputy Government Spokesperson added that this motto reflects a comprehensive approach to developing children and youth, fostering a Thai identity, respect for rules, and constructive coexistence with others. It also opens their perspective to the modern world, emphasizing sustainability, natural resource conservation, and addressing global changes. The government reaffirms its commitment to supporting learning, potential development, and creating opportunities for all children and youth to grow steadily, robustly, and become a vital force for the country's future.
