Election 2026: Teng Raises the Banner of Thailand Not Grey, Equal, and Up-to-Date to Restore Normal Politics

'Teng,' leader of the Prachachon Party and prime ministerial candidate, has raised the banner for the 2026 election with the slogan 'Thailand Not Grey, Equal, Up-to-Date,' aiming to bring the country back to normal politics. The new government must be transparent, efficient, and truly belong to the people.

On 16 December 2025 at the Faculty of Political Science and Law, Burapha University, Mr. Natthapong Rueangpanyawut, leader of the Prachachon Party (PChon) and prime ministerial candidate, was invited to give a lecture titled 'Digital, Decentralization, Budget and Democratic Development' to faculty and students. During the talk, he emphasized that the upcoming election is not an ordinary general election but a decisive moment for Thailand's future. For 15 years since 2011, the Thai people's voice has rarely truly determined the government's makeup. There have been coups, power successions, and unfair rules, turning elections into mere rituals rather than genuine decisions about the country's future.

Mr. Natthapong further stated that he believes Thailand can overcome its current crises. The country needs a stable government. The key principle for their work is that the new government in 2026 must be transparent, efficient, and belong to the people. This is the goal of 'Thailand Not Grey, Equal, Up-to-Date.' Achieving this requires a major change. The upcoming 2026 election is not just about choosing a party, but about deciding whether to accept the old failed political system or to start rebuilding Thailand together. This is not a fantasy but common political sense. The next election is an opportunity to restore normal politics in Thailand, where the people's voices truly matter.
