Asked about any legal issues, Chonnapat said the matter is not yet a case, only under investigation, and he welcomes the judicial process.
Meanwhile, the Kla Tham Party atmosphere was lively, with leaders such as party secretary Phai Lik, party strategy chairman Navy Officer Anudit Nakornthap, and prospective MPs arriving in large numbers. Former MPs like Lieutenant Colonel Sinthop Kaewpijit, former MP for Nakhon Pathom from the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party; Sanya Nilsuphan, former MP for Nakhon Sawan from the same party; and Poramet Jina, former MP for Surat Thani from that party, joined as party members. However, reports also indicate that Dechisit Khawthong former MP for Songkhla and former secretary-general of the Democrat Party (Democrat Party) will field his two sons as candidates for Songkhla under the Kla Tham Party. They have already become party members, and in the 5th district, Dechisit's former seat, his son Wongwatchar Khawthong will run, while in Songkhla's 6th district, his son Baramee Khawthong will contest, with Dechisit's wife Supaporn Kamnerdphon involved as well. .
