United Thai Nation Party Gears Up for Election, Emphasizes Firm Stance to Resolve Crisis and Transform the Country

The United Thai Nation Party is heating up for the election as Peerapun intensively trains prospective MPs across the country, reaffirming the firm stance to decisively resolve crises and transform the nation.

On 18 Dec 2025 GMT+7, at Le Monte Khao Yai Hotel in Nakhon Ratchasima, the United Thai Nation Party (UTNP), led by party leader Peerapun Saleerutwiphak, held a seminar for some of its prospective MPs from across the country to prepare and strengthen their capabilities for the upcoming election.

Peerapun stated that the UTNP's core principle is steadfast adherence to 'Nation, Religion, Monarchy.' Regardless of policy adjustments to national circumstances, the ideology of protecting these key institutions remains integral to all party missions. Another crucial aspect is the philosophy of “Fighting every problem, being reliable on every issue” because the public expects representatives who are ready to solve problems and genuinely assist. The party wants people who come to work, not just to play politics.

The election policy focuses on decisively addressing the nation's crises to create transformative change, particularly concerning sovereignty and security, budget corruption, shadow capital, scammers, grassroots economic problems, energy pricing, agriculture sector issues, and the people's quality of life.

“Crises arise from unresolved problems. Today, Thailand faces multiple crises, especially border security. Without decisive action, nothing will end. Without strengthening the military, it won't end. Our policy is to immediately cancel MOU 43-44 100%. We must take firm measures to tackle all forms of corruption and scammers, proposing the highest penalty up to the death sentence. We will support a strong grassroots economy and continue restructuring the energy system—both electricity and oil—to reduce citizens' energy costs. We are ready to build a quality society for all ages and prepare to advance Thailand's agriculture into a business that sustainably increases farmers’ incomes,” Peerapun said. .

Atthawit Suwanpakdee, UTNP deputy leader, summarized the party’s economic policy by stating that Thailand has been stagnant for over 20 years due to a lack of new businesses in New S-Curve sectors such as semiconductor manufacturing, automotive, and oleochemical agriculture. These all require clean energy, which depends on reforming the energy monopoly held by vested interests. He also emphasized the policy to remove credit bureau blacklists that freeze low-income earners for three years, preventing them from accessing bank loans for business and livelihood.

Narapath Kaewthong, UTNP deputy leader, spoke about agricultural sector advancement policies, focusing on reducing farmers’ costs by urgently solving energy problems and promoting a free solar power policy alongside managing inputs like land, fertilizers, and water. He also addressed product pricing issues through agricultural cooperative reforms and creating balanced market mechanisms, with the state acting as an intermediary by supporting agricultural machinery and directly purchasing products from farmers to establish new standards ensuring fair and sustainable support for farmers.

The afternoon session featured workshops to enhance skills in creating promotional media and presenting key policies tailored to each area, aiming to establish unified communication standards nationwide. On 19 Dec 2025 GMT+7, there will be training on election finance law to emphasize compliance with the Election Commission's regulations, concluding with intensive coaching on proactive campaigning techniques to prepare candidates to “fight every problem” and truly be “reliable on every issue” for the people.
