Kla Tham Party is preparing to introduce “Chaiya Phromma” joining on 20 December, planning to run again for the Nong Bua Lamphu MP seat in District 2 in the 2026 election.
On 19 December 2025, reporters from Kla Tham Party (KTP) reported that after some circulating rumors, Mr. Chaiya Phromma former First Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and former MP for Nong Bua Lamphu District 2 from the Pheu Thai Party (PT), will join Kla Tham Party for the 2026 election.
Most recently, Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat Phromphao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, in his role as advisory chairman of Kla Tham Party, is set to introduce Mr. Chaiya joining the party on 20 December 2025 at 13:00 at Kla Tham Party headquarters. Mr. Chaiya will run again for MP in Nong Bua Lamphu District 2 as before.
Previously, during the administration of former Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin, Mr. Chaiya served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives under Minister Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat Phromphao.
