On 20 December 2025, a report from Pheu Thai stated that Doctor Tosaporn Serirak, former member of the House of Representatives for Phrae province from Pheu Thai, has decided not to run as an MP candidate with Pheu Thai in the 2026 election, and . he is preparing to switch to a new party such as the Thai Khao Mai party, led by Mr. Suchatvee Suwansawat, also known as Dr. Ae, who is the party leader and prime ministerial candidate.
