Pheu Thai launched its candidates for the 5 electoral districts in Rayong, confident of establishing a stronghold despite never having had MPs there before, appealing for a landslide vote to solve local problems. They seek a decisive victory to address regional issues effectively.
On 22 December 2025, the Pheu Thai party held an event to introduce its candidates for all 5 Rayong electoral districts, presenting their vision. The team was led by Mr. Pheemdej Amornsukon, also known as "Lawyer Odd," aiming to reclaim territory and plant the Pheu Thai flag in the Eastern region. The candidates are: District 1, Mr. Ratchanan Kadhamaidee, former head of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization (SAO) Thap Ma; District 2, Mr. Pheemdej Amornsukon (Lawyer Odd); District 3, Mr. Chainarong Santhasana-chok, former mayor of Thung Kwai Kin subdistrict municipality; District 4, Mr. Pichet Phothisan, former local leader; and District 5, Mr. Thanachai Wasuanankul, former local councilor.
Mr. Pheemdej expressed confidence that in this election, Pheu Thai will earn the trust of Rayong residents, even though the province has never before elected an MP from the party. If given the opportunity to serve all five districts, the candidates are ready to represent the people's problems and demands directly to the government for immediate resolution, aiming to drive economic growth and improve the quality of life in the local area.
