The Election Commission announced strong public engagement in the election, with early voter registrations surpassing 200,000 within two days. Registration remains open until 5 January 2026 through three main channels.

On 22 December 2025, the Election Commission Office summarized early and overseas voter registration numbers for the second day (21 Dec). Continuous public enthusiasm was evident, with a total of 106,555 registration requests: 96,132 outside electoral districts and 10,413 from abroad. This brought the cumulative total since the first day (20 Dec) to over 205,455, reflecting the public's readiness to participate in the upcoming 2026 election.

Those wishing to vote early can still register until 5 January 2026 via three main methods: in person at district offices or embassies, by mail, or most conveniently, online 24 hours a day.
