The Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party (RTSC) announced its prime minister candidates—Pheerapun, Attawit, and Narapat—under the slogan “Decisive to Resolve Crisis, Transform the Nation.” They highlighted a policy offering a 200,000 baht combat allowance and vowed not to join any government involving shady capital.
On 22 Dec 2025 GMT+7, at the Ruam Thai Sang Chart Party headquarters, party leader Pheerapun Sareerathvipak, deputy leaders Attawit Suwanpakdee and Narapat Kaewthong jointly presented party policies and unveiled the slogan “Decisive to Resolve Crisis, Transform the Nation.” They introduced three prime minister candidates: Pheerapun, Attawit, and Narapat, alongside some party leaders and prospective MPs. Notable policies include canceling MOUs 43-44, constructing a Thai-Cambodian border fence, a combat allowance of 200,000 baht, voluntary conscripts receiving 30,000 baht, and regular conscripts, many with low income and family responsibilities, getting 15,000 baht monthly plus a cost of living allowance. They propose laws imposing the death penalty for national corruptors, harsh punishments for scammers, freeing solar power generation from permit requirements to reduce electricity costs by 33 satang, capping gasoline and diesel prices at 30 baht per liter, providing state fertilizer at 500 baht per sack, streamlining government processes to reduce bureaucracy, consolidating multiple licenses into a single application, land courts, rice priced at 15,000 baht per ton, palm oil at 6 baht per kilogram, and repaying student loans through work without lawsuits.
Later, Pheerapun was interviewed about the election, stating he measures success not by the number of MPs or financial resources but by determination. He said their real competitors are the nation’s crises and the people's problems, which they must overcome. Regarding seat targets, he acknowledged all parties aim to contest everywhere; RTSC is fielding candidates in every province and all 33 Bangkok districts. Asked about joining a future government given their declared refusal to support shady capital, Pheerapun replied no government openly claims to represent shady capital, but if such elements exist in a government they join, RTSC will not stay. On constitutional amendments, he said they oppose changes motivated by political gain but support amendments that strengthen the nation, protect key institutions, expand Thai citizens’ rights and freedoms, and safeguard public interests.
When asked about their target demographic seeming similar to the Bhumjaithai Party, Pheerapun said RTSC does not focus on any particular group or generation; their target is all Thai people. He stressed that his party acts on proven achievements rather than promises or self-promotion. Responding to the departure of key former MPs joining other parties, he expressed no concern, thanking those who remain loyal to the party’s principles rather than numbers. He had no message for those who left. Asked about the possibility of future coalitions with Bhumjaithai or former members who left, Pheerapun said he would participate in any government formed but would not align with members who are adversaries or competitors. He emphasized that their true opponent is the national crisis, and all efforts must serve the public interest without involving personal disputes.
