On 23 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Abhisit Vejjajiva, leader of the Democrat Party, said during the "Another Round of Debate" program on Thairath TV's election coverage that “Today I have made my decision. Regarding the history of the prime ministerial candidate, who has a serious case background and clear evidence showing involvement in processes related to scammers, as reflected in the MOU, I must say that the Democrat Party cannot be in the same government as the Kla Tham Party.”
