Prasert Chantrawongthong is confident that in the 2026 election, the Pheu Thai Party will secure all 16 constituencies in Nakhon Ratchasima, asserting that their candidates possess strong potential.
At 09:00 on 25 Dec 2025 at the Pheu Thai Party headquarters, Prasert Chantrawongthong, Secretary-General of the Pheu Thai Party, said that as someone familiar with Nakhon Ratchasima, he personally believes the party will definitely win this time. The merger with the Chart Pattana Party has enhanced Pheu Thai's unity, which will further consolidate their presence in Korat. This unity brings together supporters who previously belonged to different groups, creating confidence that they can win the entire province. Nakhon Ratchasima has 16 constituencies; Pheu Thai currently holds 12 MPs, while rival parties, including the People’s Party, have 3 seats and Bhumjaithai has 1. Therefore, he believes they can gain an additional 4 seats this time.
Prasert added that this time Pheu Thai has carefully selected high-potential candidates, confident this will strengthen their foothold in Korat. This will enhance the party’s vote share and solidify its presence, making the region even stronger politically.
