The Democrat Party unveiled its three prime ministerial candidates: Abhisit Vejjajiva, Korn Chatikavanij, and Kandee Liao-Pairot, combining the party's DNA to drive Thailand out of poverty.

At 10:00 a.m. on 26 Dec 2025, the Democrat Party released a video on its official Facebook page announcing its three prime ministerial candidates. Earlier that morning, Abhisit Vejjajiva, party leader, visited the Bangkok City Pillar Shrine with party members. In an interview, he said all three candidates share common values, intentions, and vision. They have previously worked together in different roles and settings.
