Major political parties fielded candidates in all constituencies, including frontrunners. In Constituency 1, Mr. Suchart Chomklin drew number 1, Mr. Worath Sirirak of the People's Party drew number 7, and Mr. Rattarut Piyapong of Pheu Thai drew number 4.
In Constituency 2, Ms. Wannida of the People's Party drew number 1, Lieutenant Colonel Thanawat Phawsut of Bhumjaithai drew number 3, and Mr. Kongphat Khairat of Pheu Thai drew number 6.
In Constituency 3, Mr. Chawal Polmangdee of the People's Party drew number 1, Police Captain Sitthiphat Phawsut of Bhumjaithai drew number 2, and Mr. Payu Nueangjamnong of Pheu Thai drew number 5.
Outside the Chonburi MP candidate registration venue, supporters from each party cheered intermittently and presented flower garlands to their parties, creating a festive atmosphere on the first registration day. Registration continues until 31 Dec 2025 GMT+7, with the election scheduled for Sunday, 8 Feb 2026 GMT+7.
Reporters noted that at times, Mr. Suchart Chomklin, Bhumjaithai candidate, stated, "As I mentioned, our policy is clear: 'Speak and deliver.' People of Chonburi need not say much—once spoken, it will be done." He added, "I ask fellow Chonburi residents to exercise discretion in choosing your representatives. Elect those who serve you, act as your agents—not those who exploit the people. We must have tangible results. This is our slogan. We believe that Chonburi residents will value those who are tangible, truly know the area, do real work, and have clear achievements."
Meanwhile, Ice Rakkhanok Srinok, representing the People's Party, said, "I ask my fellow Chonburi parents and siblings to remember the People's Party slogan this round: Thailand is not grey, Thailand is aware, Thailand is global. I believe that in this election, Chonburi will be one area where we prove whether Thailand is grey or not. I encourage my fellow Chonburi residents to consider carefully. Last time, Chonburi residents entrusted the People's Party MPs. This time, we ask for the opportunity and trust of the people of Chonburi to support and back People's Party representatives."
