30 December 2025 GMT+7 Ms. Yotsuda Lilapanyalert, also known as Jinny, the daughter of Khunying Sudarat Keyuraphan, leader of the Thai Sang Thai Party, posted a message viaher personal Instagram account.Regarding comments containing sexual harassment, she said, “I feel deeply saddened and disappointed that in today's society there are still mindsets and behaviors that show disrespect to others, especially when coming from public figures who influence many people's thinking.”
“I understand and accept that working in politics, regardless of role, inevitably involves criticism, both positive and negative. However, this issue is not about political opinions but about mutual respect. Today, I want this mistake to serve as a case study, and I speak out to protect the dignity of myself and all women, affirming that communications involving sexual harassment and violations like this should never be considered normal in society.”
At the end, Ms. Yotsuda thanked everyone for all the messages and support received and extended New Year greetings. She wished everyone happiness, good health, and mindfulness in life. She sincerely hopes that in this New Year and the years ahead, no one—regardless of family, position, or profession—will have to endure actions or words that cause such shame again.
