Ritthirong, a candidate for Mahasarakham MP from Bhumjaithai, refuted a popular page's suspicion of his unusually rapid wealth accumulation, insisting he has run private businesses honestly for over 10 years with verifiable income sources. Recently, he filed a police report to record his statement.
On 30 Dec 2025 GMT+7, following the CSI LA page's post featuring images and commentary questioning the rapid wealth accumulation of a former driver for Wat Pa Wang Nam Yen in Mahasarakham province, who is now running for election, today, Mr. Ritthirong Phumisawat, a candidate for Mahasarakham MP from the Bhumjaithai Party, posted a statement viaFacebookexplaining that the dissemination of such information is a political attack. He affirmed he has been engaged in private business for over 10 years with honesty, operating both shops and companies legally. His income has legitimate sources verifiable through tax records. He also served two terms as a subdistrict municipality councilor.
Ritthirong further stated that the information shared online is not true, necessitating his clarification to affirm his integrity. Throughout his career, he has committed to serving the public honestly and urged society to critically evaluate the information they receive. Moreover, at 14:12 today, Ritthirong reported to the Muang Mahasarakham Police Station to file a report as evidence that the accusations are false.
