Three Pheu Thai Prime Ministerial Candidates Extend New Year Wishes for 2026, Hoping for a Year of Happiness and Hope

The three prime ministerial candidates of the Pheu Thai Party extended New Year wishes for 2026. Yotsanan wished for a year filled with happiness and hope, encouraging everyone to change the country together. Julapan wished for wealth, while Suriya hoped that all desires would be fulfilled.


On 31 December 2025, reporters reported that the Pheu Thai Party released a New Year 2026 greeting clip from all three prime ministerial candidates, starting with the first. Mr. Yotsanan Wongsawat, the first prime ministerial candidate, said, "Happy New Year. I wish next year to be a year of happiness for everyone. May you return home safely, reunite with your families, be happy, recharge, and may next year be a year of hope. Let us change Thailand together. Pheu Thai can do it."

Meanwhile, Mr. Julapan Amornwiwat, leader of the Pheu Thai Party and the second prime ministerial candidate, wished, "Happy New Year to all Thai people. Next year is the Year of the Horse, a golden horse that shines brightly for everyone." He concluded by wishing everyone wealth.

On another note, Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, director of the Pheu Thai Party's election campaign and the third prime ministerial candidate, said, "On the occasion of the New Year, I pray to the Triple Gem and all sacred universal deities, including the royal grace of His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen, to bless all Thai people with happiness and prosperity and may all your wishes come true."

Additionally, Pheu Thai Party's parliamentary candidates also joined in sending New Year greetings to people nationwide through the party's video clip.
