The Prime Minister assigned Deputy Prime Minister Bowornsak Uwanno to sign and present New Year blessings to His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of the New Year 2026 Buddhist Era.
On 1 January 2026 at 8:30 a.m., at the Red Room of the 904 Royal Government Offices on the east side of the Grand Palace, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul authorized Deputy Prime Minister Bowornsak Uwanno to present a flower vase before the royal portraits and sign the New Year blessings to His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen on the occasion of the New Year 2026 Buddhist Era, with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Aekniti Nitithanprapas also present.
Deputy Prime Minister Bowornsak Uwanno presented the first flower vase before the royal portraits on behalf of the Prime Minister and spouse.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Aekniti Nitithanprapas presented the second flower vase before the royal portraits on behalf of the Cabinet.
Afterwards, the deputy prime ministers signed the New Year blessings and paid respects to the royal portraits of His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen, concluding the ceremony.
