Natthapong Ruangpanyawut campaigned in Saraburi on New Year's Day, supporting "Big Saraburi," the 2007 world amateur snooker champion, and Sorpach Sriprach, seeking a chance for the PCPN party to form the government and affirming that no one has conflicting interests.
On 1 January 2026 in Saraburi province, Natthapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the People’s Party (PCPN), paid respects to Luang Pho Samret Sak Sit at the riverside shrine of Raphipat Canal in Nong Khae district on New Year's Day. He then campaigned alongside candidate Atthasit Mahitthi, known as “Big Saraburi,” 2007 world amateur snooker champion and candidate for MP of constituency 3, and Sorpach Sriprach, candidate for constituency 1, at Khotchasit Municipality fresh market and Im Aem Market.
During the campaign, Natthapong stated that Saraburi is a province with industry, agriculture, and communities living close together, which causes air pollution problems—especially dust from factories, transportation, and open burning—that directly affect the people. He emphasized environmental policies and solutions for PM2.5 dust, a long-standing major issue impacting the health and quality of life of Saraburi residents. The PCPN party previously won 1 of 4 parliamentary seats in Saraburi. For the upcoming 2026 election, we are confident in gaining greater trust from Saraburi people and ask for their support for PCPN to form the government, believing we can effectively address dust pollution at its source since no candidate has conflicting interests.
