Anutin Campaigns in Ranong, Calls Himself Son-in-Law of Ranong, Promises to Promote Land Bridge Project and Khon La Khrueng Plus

Anutin visited Ranong to support Kongkrit's campaign, affectionately calling himself the 'son-in-law of Ranong.' He pledged to promote the Land Bridge project and Khon La Khrueng Plus program to help generate domestic economic circulation and liquidity within the country, emphasizing Bhumjaithai Party's commitment.

On 3 Jan 2026 at 10:00 AM, at Ranong municipal fresh market, Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior as well as leader of the Bhumjaithai Party, along with his wife Thanon Niramis, visited to support Kongkrit Chatmalirot, Bhumjaithai's Ranong MP candidate, in his campaign. The atmosphere was lively, with continuous public welcomes and photo requests along the route. Anutin and Kongkrit also took pictures with the Bhumjaiplus symbol alongside citizens in a friendly manner. At one point, Anutin sat on a motorcycle bearing the license plate ก ค ษ Ranong 37, which is also the party’s number.

Some members of the public greeted Anutin, saying they were genuine fans and that he looks better in person than on TV. He joked that he has gained weight recently. Others asked about his visit to the Thai-Cambodian border, saying they had been following it closely. Anutin replied that he had just returned from the border the day before and came straight here. He then asked for support to elect Kongkrit as the people's representative and urged voters to choose Bhumjaithai Party to govern the country again, affectionately calling himself the party leader and 'son-in-law of Ranong.'

Bhumjaithai Party commits to driving regional growth.

Anutin said this visit aimed to build public confidence in the party’s candidate, noting that Kongkrit has worked continuously in the area, previously served as an MP, understands the local context, and has clear development plans for Ranong. Ranong has potential and readiness to drive the national economy forward. The Land Bridge project will be a key mechanism to elevate the province to the next level, alongside the Khon La Khrueng Plus policy, which will stimulate the economy and generate financial circulation locally and nationally. He believes Ranong has strong growth potential and its people need a political party and representatives who dare to think, can think, and can act—qualities that Bhumjaithai Party and its candidates fully possess.
