"Je Maew" Kusumalwatee led the Thai Progressive Party leader and party-list MP candidates in canvassing votes at Or Tor Kor Market, delighted that many recognized her and cheered her on to enter parliament to reclaim Khao Kradong Hill.
On 4 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Kusumalwatee Sirikomut, prime minister candidate and number 28 party-list MP candidate for the Thai Progressive Party, led Lieutenant Watjrapol Butsamongkol, party leader, and other party-list MP candidates to canvass votes from residents and vendors at Or Tor Kor Market, pledging to reclaim Khao Kradong land and eliminate shadow capital.
While canvassing, some people who recognized her ran up to hug her. Most said they had followed her news but did not know which party she was running with, prompting her to explain she was the prime minister candidate for this party and to ask for their votes to give her a chance to work in parliament.
