"Theng Nattapong" campaigns in Udon Thani, urging voters to give a landslide victory. He promotes various tourism policies with a 200 million baht budget injection per secondary city and unveils 12 coupons to support and incentivize farmers.
On 4 Jan 2026 in Udon Thani, Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the Prachachon Party (PCN), along with PCN candidates for Udon Thani MPs, campaigned and sought greater voter support. He expressed confidence that PCN stands out with a strong democratic stance, well-designed policies for all citizens, outstanding MP candidates, and a management team capable of real work—trustworthy and reliable. Udon Thani has 10 constituencies, and PCN fielded candidates in all: Anan Amarin for constituency 1, Thanakorn Champahom 2, Ariyarit Susuwansiri 3, Sakda Kaeokaeo 4, Chairit Khaowongthong 5, Sorawich Naphaengson 6, Suriya Wongaree 7, Anuthen Sidaubon 8, Napadon Duangsonsaeng 9, and Supawadee Wongkham 10. He asked for strong support from voters to give PCN a landslide win to be a voice that pushes policies benefiting the public to success.
Nattapong said the party's tourism policy includes the co-payment project 'Travel Thailand Every Month.' They will develop a streamlined co-payment system called 'joint payment mechanism,' where the state supports expenses up to 500 baht per day, max 1,000 baht per person per trip, redeemable once a year. There is also a rotational area system: every four months (seasonally), a list of secondary provinces participating in the program will be announced to balance tourist numbers year-round and avoid concentration during major festivals. Additionally, the party plans to create new man-made tourist destinations as a mega project, investing 5,000–10,000 million baht to build at least 5–10 large man-made attractions nationwide, aiming for at least 5 within four years. PCN will increase local tourism by allocating 200 million baht per secondary city to enable communities to co-design man-made destinations that meet local needs, targeting 25 secondary cities within four years.
Nattapong also said that for farmers, the party aims to modernize agriculture by applying technology effectively. The party promotes no-burn agriculture. If PCN gains enough trust to form the government, farmers will receive services and support through 12 coupons divided into three main types: 1. Productivity enhancement coupons including no-burn coupon 250 baht per rai, disease-resistant cassava cutting coupon 800 baht per rai, soil analysis plus precision fertilizer coupon 500 baht per rai, and soil enrichment planting coupon 1,000 baht per rai; 2. Fundamental problem-solving coupons including pond digging coupon 50,000 baht plus debt reduction, disease-free farm coupon 5,000 baht per farm, unsuitable crop replacement coupon 2,000 baht per rai, and perennial tree planting coupon 5,000 baht per rai plus debt reduction; 3. Standard improvement, processing, and skills coupons including GAP organic farming coupon 5,000 baht per farm, low-carbon rice coupon 500 baht per rai, prototype product processing coupon 50,000 baht per farm, and skill training coupon 5,000 baht per person per year.
