Peerapun Leads Ruamthai Sang Chart to Sign Anti-Corruption Pledge, Unveils Destroy the Wicked Symbol

Peerapun leads Ruamthai Sang Chart to sign an anti-corruption pledge, promoting the strong stance "Corrupt the nation = Death penalty," emphasizing the "Vote 6, No Lies" commitment, and unveiling the "Destroy the Wicked" symbol to suppress corruption.

On 5 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Ruamthai Sang Chart (RTSC) party advanced their pre-election position. Peerapun Sareerathwiphak, party leader and prime minister candidate No. 1, along with Chatchawan Kongudom, party secretary-general, Attawit Suwanpakdee, deputy leader and prime minister candidate No. 2, led the Bangkok MP candidates to meet Mana Nimitmongkol, chairman of the Anti-Corruption Organization (Thailand), at the Sri Chulathap building. They submitted documents and signed an anti-corruption declaration reflecting RTSC’s firm stance on country management and sincere honesty under the campaign "Vote 6, No Lies"

Peerapun stressed the approach to combating corruption, a chronic national problem, stating that the issue cannot be resolved through compromise but requires strong measures and strict law enforcement.

Peerapun said corruption in Thailand has grown because there is no fear of punishment, and investigations take up to 10 years. Therefore, the first step is to increase penalties to the death sentence, as corruption is theft from the entire nation. Second, laws must be improved to ensure cases are resolved within one year and reduce pardons to ensure decisive punishment. He added that strong measures are needed now to prevent further national damage.

"Currently, corruption has caused 3.8 trillion baht in damage to the country. We cannot let this continue. We must be serious and decisive in solving corruption. Today, we bring RTSC MP candidates to pledge with the organization to be politicians free from all forms of corruption and to be good politicians going forward," Peerapun said. ,

Attawit Suwanpakdee added perspectives on addressing the economic crisis and livelihood issues, citing past successes in lowering energy prices as proof.

"The grassroots economy is in crisis and cannot wait or be solved by empty promises. Decisive action is required without fear of big capital. First, we successfully reduced electricity rates by 0.76 baht from 4.70 to 3.94 baht by restructuring without using state funds. Our target is 3.3 baht, and we are confident we can achieve it. Second, we immediately delete credit bureau records once debts are fully paid and prohibit banks from sharing the information further, instead of waiting three years as currently done. Working people must have a chance to rebuild their lives. The crisis requires decisive solutions and practical policies. Vote number 6, no lies," Attawit said. Attawit said.

Peerapun concluded by sending a clear message to voters that Ruamthai Sang Chart is ready to implement policies that are "decisive" in both political and economic dimensions to build confidence and lead the country steadily beyond the crisis.

On the occasion of signing the anti-corruption declaration, Ruamthai Sang Chart also unveiled the symbol "Destroy the Wicked" in line with the party’s flagship policy—a replica symbol of the "Tiger Head Executioner" used historically to punish corrupt and fraudulent officials in the legendary tales of "Bao Zheng," a model of integrity and justice in Chinese history. This symbol will be displayed in front of the Ruamthai Sang Chart headquarters to reflect the firm commitment to "Destroy the Wicked" and serve as a reminder for officials and politicians to uphold morality, perform duties honestly, and work for the highest benefit of the nation and its people.
