Thammanat Chokes Back Tears Upon Hearing Uncle Pom Resigns as Palang Pracharath Leader

Thammanat was shocked when Uncle Pom resigned as Palang Pracharath leader and wiped away tears, holding firmly to the CRMA motto: "Do not kill juniors, do not accuse superiors, do not betray friends."

On 6 January 2026, Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat Prompao, advisory chairman of the Kla Party, gave an interview expressing shock upon learning of General Prawit Wongsuwan’s decision to resign as Palang Pracharath party leader, saying, "He has resigned?" When asked how he felt about General Prawit, Thammanat wiped away tears and said he still respects General Prawit. Since leaving the party, he has never considered attacking or defaming anyone.

Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat said his position as a graduate of the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA) means he has never killed juniors, accused superiors, or betrayed friends. He affirmed his loyalty to past relationships despite their political separation.
