Anutin Rides Motorcycle to Rama 9, Appeals to Become Majority Government to Continue Khon La Khrueng Plus

Anutin rides a motorcycle to Rama 9, launching his campaign stage in Bangkok and appealing to become the majority government to continue the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program.

On 8 January 2026, the election campaign atmosphere in Bangkok became lively when Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party and its prime ministerial candidate, surprised by visiting the Bueng Rama 9 Phatthana and Bueng Rama 9 Pak Khlong Bo 3 communities in Huai Khwang district. He supported candidates Mr. Pradermchai Boonchueyloe (District 5) and Mr. Noraset Thianprasit (District 6) by personally riding a motorcycle from the first to the second location, creating a friendly atmosphere and attracting significant attention from local residents.

Afterwards, Mr. Anutin emphasized his achievements over the past three months as prime minister, highlighting that the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' policy is what the public most appreciates and sees concrete results from. He declared that if the Bhumjaithai Party returns to government, they will promptly implement phases 2 and beyond in response to public demand, as fulfilling the people's mandate is their top priority, always considering the wellbeing of parents and fellow citizens first.

The Bhumjaithai leader also introduced a team of "professionals" ready to work immediately if the public selects number 37. He stated that the party is prepared in finance, with Mr. Anekniti Nitithanprapas, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, supporting the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' policy. In economics, Ms. Supachai Suthamphan, Minister of Commerce and a global-level manager, will oversee management. For foreign affairs, Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkaew, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who has enhanced Thailand's prominence on the global stage, will take charge.

Mr. Anutin admitted that serving under the "prime minister's hat" has required him to be cautious with his words but affirmed that although he may not be eloquent, his work is unmatched. For this election, he asked for the compassion of Bangkok residents to give the Bhumjaithai Party the chance to secure seats in Bangkok and advance to become the "majority government," enabling full and sustainable administration without worrying about old political factors.

Mr. Anutin left a new slogan, "Say and Do Plus," expressing his readiness to work harder and continuously increase efforts. He requested that Huai Khwang residents vote for the party's candidates, thereby supporting him as well to jointly build a stable future for Thailand.

After his speech, Mr. Anutin said in an interview that over the past three months, the party has proven its ability to work quickly and efficiently. He described this visit as an "organic" campaign, meaning direct engagement with people without any pretense or preparation, aiming to hear genuine feedback.

When asked about his key strategy to win over Bangkok voters, Mr. Anutin said they emphasize the "Four Threats" policy: economic threat, security threat, natural threat, and social threat, backed by a team of professional ministers. He said he does not want to "beg" but rather "humbly request" the opportunity for Bhumjaithai to serve Bangkok for the first time. Importantly, politicians must not quarrel among themselves, as they represent the people. If they fight, it means the Thai people are fighting. The Bhumjaithai Party is ready to seek friendship and peace to work for the country.
