It states that the King has graciously bestowed special military ranks upon army personnel who died while on duty during an emergency situation in the Thai-Cambodian border area, totaling 27 individuals, as follows:
1. Sergeant Major Satawat Sujarit was promoted to Major General effective 8 December 2025.
2. Sergeant Major Ananda Udorn was promoted to Major General effective 9 December 2025.
3. Sergeant Major Damrongkiat Kaewkrajang was promoted to Major General.
4. Sergeant Major Tawirat Rattanaburi was promoted to Major General.
These two were promoted effective 13 December 2025.
5. Sergeant Major Kritsada Hansupho was promoted to Major General effective 15 December 2025.
6. Sergeant Major Pornsak Iamsaard was promoted to Major General effective 17 December 2025.
