Thammanat Carries Large Rice Basket in Roi Et Rally, Vows Real Politics, Confident of Winning All 6 Districts

Thammanat carried a large rice basket to the stage in Roi Et to campaign for Kla Tham Party candidates. He vowed to engage in real politics without selling dreams, believing that the public will judge based on actual performance. He is confident the party will secure victories in all six constituencies.

At 3:00 p.m. on 12 January 2026, the Kla Tham Party held a campaign rally at Chiang Mai Prachanusorn School, Chiang Mai Subdistrict, Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province. The atmosphere was lively, with a large crowd gathering to listen, reflecting the heightened political awareness of Roi Et residents. Before taking the stage, Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat Prompao, Kla Tham Party advisory chairman and prime ministerial candidate, personally greeted people, shaking hands, chatting, and taking selfies with locals in a friendly manner, creating smiles and laughter along the way.

The highlight of the event was when Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat took the stage carrying a large rice basket containing documents about the electoral areas, Kla Tham Party policies, and local issues in each district. This drew significant interest and excitement from attendees and underscored the party’s commitment to data-driven politics centered on local realities.

Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat stated that the Kla Tham Party is committed to practical politics without selling dreams, especially regarding land use policies, which are vital to farmers. He reaffirmed the party’s plan to convert SPK land into Red Garuda titles to grant people secure ownership, enabling sustainable agriculture, access to funding, and income growth. Additionally, the party prioritizes systematic water management solutions, including cloud seeding during droughts and alleviating recurrent floods through dredging of canals, ponds, and waterways, alongside comprehensive water management to reduce damage to agricultural areas and communities—problems that locals have faced for many years.

Regarding the opinion poll placing Kla Tham Party eighth, Lieutenant Colonel Thammanat said he was not worried because polls reflect only a moment in time. The truth is the party has a solid operational base with nearly 100 former MPs nationwide with experience. He is confident that after the election, Kla Tham Party will enter parliament and join the coalition government.

"Even though Kla Tham Party is not among the top-ranked parties in polls, I am confident in our people’s capabilities and believe the public will judge based on actual achievements, not just numbers on paper. Especially in Roi Et, I believe we will secure all six districts for sure," he said.

At this event, Mrs. Narumon Pinyosinwat, Kla Tham Party leader, along with the party’s executive committee and all six Kla Tham Party candidates for Roi Et constituencies—District 2’s Mr. Aekarat Phonsue, District 3’s Mrs. Ratchanee Phonsue, District 4’s Mr. Neo Phonsue, District 5’s Ms. Warinda Worakarnboon, and District 6’s Mr. Pichai Namkrajai—joined the stage to introduce themselves and present their work commitments. They affirmed their readiness to represent the people, listen to all issues, and push Kla Tham Party policies into concrete results.
