
Tan Jitpas, a leader of the Thai Khao Mai Party, campaigned in Hua Hin, assisting Mingkhwan by visiting markets to seek voter support and promoting the party's 20,000 baht loan fund policy aimed at reducing informal debt problems.
Reporters stated that Ms. Jitpas Tan Kridakorn, a party list MP candidate and leader of the Thai Khao Mai Party, campaigned in Hua Hin District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, alongside Ms. Mingkhwan Nuangthong, candidate for MP in Prachuap Khiri Khan District 2, number 5 of the Thai Khao Mai Party. They met on foot with vendors and local residents inside Hua Hin markets and communities to introduce themselves, explain party policies focused on resolving household debt issues, and closely listen to the people's problems and suggestions.
Ms. Jitpas explained the party’s 20,000 baht loan fund policy designed to alleviate hardship and reduce dependence on informal loans, a major issue impacting the quality of life of many residents in various areas. The fund aims to provide access to capital for creating livelihoods and reduce informal debt. Vendors and shoppers warmly welcomed her, engaging in conversations about the policy, requesting photos along the way, and continuously encouraging the Thai Khao Mai Party team.
“The Thai Khao Mai Party affirms that we volunteer to work sincerely. Even with only three weeks left before the 8 February 2026 election, my team and I remain committed to continuous campaigning across various areas to listen to the people's voices about their problems and obstacles, and to push forward key policies that concretely address the cost of living and debt issues facing the people,” Ms. Jitpas said.
