“Supajee” Appeals to Khlong Chan Residents to Vote for Bhumjaithai Promises Khon La Khrueng Plus Will Return

Supajee campaigned on a holiday at Khlong Chan morning market, seeking votes from Bangkok residents. She urged them to support Bhumjaithai Party, promising the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program will return. She was very popular, with many people flocking to take selfies and offer encouragement. Meanwhile, Eknat expressed confidence that Bhumjaithai will be one of the choices for Bangkok voters.

At 07:30 on 17 Jan 2026 at Khlong Chan Market, Bang Kapi district, Bangkok, Supajee Suthamphan, Bhumjaithai Party assistant campaigner, along with Supamas Isarapakdee, Bangkok election lead, and list MP candidates Anucha Boopachaisri and Pitcharat Laopongchana, canvassed for Thitiphat Chotidechachainan, candidate for Bangkok's 14th constituency. The atmosphere was lively with many vendors and residents approaching to take selfies, shake hands with Supajee, and present flowers for encouragement. Supajee greeted and spoke with them warmly.

A vendor selling Mabpeed juice invited Supajee to taste her honey lime Mabpeed juice, explaining it was made from fruits grown in Chanthaburi Province. Supajee replied that her family home is also in Chanthaburi. The vendor shared concerns about needing more market space, noting that Chanthaburi is planning to cultivate Mabpeed oranges for juice processing, which is currently very popular in Vietnam.

The vendor praised Supajee as talented and as beautiful as a movie star. Supajee thanked the public and noted that Bhumjaithai has policies supporting the elderly. Some people expressed happiness that Thitiphat joined their preferred party, while others told Supajee they appreciated her diligent work. Supajee responded that they work every day.

Supajee also purchased a rose-patterned cloth bag for 100 baht from a vendor, saying she needed a bag to carry her phone.

At times, vendors raised issues about their trading spaces. Supajee and Thitiphat responded that the area belongs to Bangkok authorities but they would take note of the concerns. Supajee asked whether vendors had participated in the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program. A vendor said she had joined but the program period had ended. Supajee told her, “If you vote for Oh Thitiphat, the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program will return.”

Eknat believes Bhumjaithai will be a key choice for Bangkok residents.

Eknat Phomphan, Bhumjaithai list MP candidate and Bangkok campaign assistant, spoke about the election campaign in Bangkok. He said that in previous elections, Bangkok voters had mostly decided their party choice beforehand, but this time 40–50% are still undecided. This is good news because Bhumjaithai is one of the options being considered by the electorate. He described himself and the party as sincere, not talkative, but committed to doing what they say and striving to succeed.

Regarding policies and approaches, over the past 2–3 months, despite Thailand facing crises at the borders and economic challenges, Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul's government has brought in professionals from outside politics with unexpected capabilities into the team. It is rare in history for a political party to clearly state that if it forms government, it will assign important positions to capable professionals.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be led by Mr. Sihasak Puangketkaew, the Ministry of Commerce by Supajee Suthamphan, and the Ministry of Finance by Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas. These three have proven their work and gained public trust, successfully steering the country out of crisis. They launched the 'Khon La Khrueng Plus' program in less than two months, stimulating the economy in a short time. Previously, the Thai economy was forecasted to contract, but GDP has now risen by over 1 percent.
