Sihasak and Suphajee Lead Bhumjaithai Campaign in Sai Mai, Support Ekaphops Bid for Government Formation

Sihasak, accompanied by Suphajee and Supamas, led the Bhumjaithai Party team to walk through the market and board a bus, asking Sai Mai residents to vote for Ekaphop and give the party a chance to govern from 4 months to 4 years in office.,

At 13:00 on 17 Jan 2026 at AC Market in Sai Mai district, Bangkok, Mr. Sihasak Puangketkaew, Bhumjaithai Party (BJT) prime ministerial candidate, Ms. Suphajee Suthamphan, campaign assistant, Ms. Supamas Isarapakdee, chief campaigner in Bangkok, Mr. Anucha Burapachaisri, party-list MP candidate, and Ms. Pitcharat Laopongsana, party-list MP candidate, visited Sai Mai district (except Or Ngoen subdistrict) to campaign for Mr. Ekaphop Luangprasert, candidate for Bangkok MP, District 11. The atmosphere was lively. Upon arrival, Ms. Yaowapha Jitviriyakul, known as Je Buay and market owner, presented a mortar pestle to Ms. Suphajee, saying it is a traditional Thai tool for livelihoods and symbolizes the effort to solve economic and livelihood problems for the people and to overcome administrative challenges. During the market walk, citizens warmly requested photos with the campaign leaders; at one point, a young woman praised and embraced Ms. Suphajee.

Afterward, the campaign leaders met residents in Krung Thong Village. Mr. Sihasak said that today, shifting from diplomat to politician, he urged people to trust Ekaphop as one of the best representatives. Regarding foreign policy, he assured full protection of Thailand's dignity. Bhumjaithai will lead Thailand toward progress where everyone lives better. The key is not just economic growth but equitable well-being for all, which the party has proven in the past three months. Therefore, he asked for more time—from 4 months to 4 years.

Today, they asked for the opportunity for Ekaphop to help care for the people, emphasizing the importance of connection between the administration team and local community leaders. Having representatives who understand local problems allows identification of areas needing improvement. If elected, Ekaphop will assist in communicating these issues so policies can be developed to support the community, including projects to care for the elderly to reduce burdens on younger generations and allow family members peace of mind to work.

Ms. Suphajee said that small-scale community members will benefit from continuous stimulus projects, such as the ongoing “Khon La Khrueng Plus” initiative, which they strive to implement efficiently and cost-effectively to improve Thai people's livelihoods. This reflects the economic team's sincere commitment to serve everyone. She asked for the chance to serve the people to improve their quality of life.

Ms. Supamas said that in this election, voters should support Ekaphop to win and also vote for Bhumjaithai Party so that Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, party leader and prime ministerial candidate, can become prime minister, with Mr. Sihasak, Ms. Suphajee, and Mr. Ekniti Nitithanprapas returning as deputy prime minister and ministers to serve the country.

Additionally, the campaign leaders boarded bus route 1009 from the rally site to the candidate's office. Mr. Ekaphop spoke about the difficulties of public transport due to only one private bus line serving the area. He shared feedback from residents who want the Bangkok Mass Transit Authority (BMTA) buses to join the service.

Afterward, Mr. Sihasak, Ms. Suphajee, and Ms. Supamas visited the Bhumjaithai election operations center to meet community networks in Sai Mai district. Ms. Supamas then led a team to campaign by bus around the area, urging residents to trust and vote for Ekaphop as their next MP.
