Bhumjaithai party leaders spread out for campaigning: Anutin appeals in Chumphon asking for a chance, promising not to disappoint; Phiphat campaigns in Songkhla to boost the local economy; Sabida goes to Phatthalung saying she cannot split votes; Eknat and Thanakorn campaign in Bangkok and Samut Prakan respectively.
At 12:00 PM on 18 Jan 2026 at Khao Pib Market, Thung Tako District, Chumphon Province, Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, leader of the Bhumjaithai Party and prime ministerial candidate, visited the second campaign spot to support Mr. Supol Julsai, candidate for Chumphon Province, Constituency 3. Surrounded by people asking for photos, Mr. Anutin spoke from the campaign truck, saying, "Today I come to entrust myself to you. Chumphon has 3 MPs. Please support all Bhumjaithai candidates and my candidate number 37. I ask the people of Chumphon for a chance. I assure you I will not disappoint because we say it, we do it. We talk and then act." He concluded by saying, "Vote for Anutin, a down-to-earth person who serves the people of Chumphon."
Then, Mr. Anutin went to the third spot at Don Wa Market, Khron Subdistrict, Sawi District, Chumphon Province, to support Mr. Wichai Sudsawas, candidate for Chumphon Province, Constituency 1. Upon arrival, he greeted an elderly woman named A-Rom, knelt down to let her tie a traditional cloth around his neck. The woman blessed him to become prime minister for a long time to uphold the institution and solve the Thai-Cambodian border issues. Mr. Anutin accepted the blessing, took a photo with her, then greeted the crowd before speaking, emphasizing that besides choosing constituency MPs, voters must also choose Bhumjaithai Party; otherwise, he would not return as prime minister.
"The first thing I will do is to implement the Co-Payment Plus Phase 2 project. People need not fear because if we don't do it, it will be fatal—not for the people, but for me. I would be crushed by the people for sure."
He then proceeded to the Chumphon Municipal Fresh Market to meet residents. Many came to take photos, supporters cheered throughout, and fans gave him a Phor Than Klai Vajasit amulet for good luck. A 95-year-old woman wished him luck as prime minister, prompting Mr. Anutin to kneel and bow at her lap.
Meanwhile, Mr. Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn, Bhumjaithai's southern front commander, held a campaign rally supporting Songkhla candidates at 1:30 PM at Ban Muang School, Constituency 6 covering Sadao and Khlong Hoi Khong Districts. Bhumjaithai candidates Mr. Anukul Pruksanusak (Constituency 6) and Mr. Sanphet Boonyamani (Constituency 1) joined the event.
Mr. Phiphat said Bhumjaithai prioritizes infrastructure development, especially the roads and Hat Yai ring road projects, which are key mechanisms to drive Songkhla's economy, trade, and tourism. He emphasized economic policies accessible to the public, like Co-Payment Plus, which many people still demand to return, reflected by the enthusiastic crowd calling for Mr. Anutin to visit and personally tour the Constituency 6 market.
At the same time, Mr. Phiphat explained his support for Mr. Anukul, describing him as knowledgeable and business-experienced, different from traditional politicians. Business experience means understanding budget management and how to achieve real results without losses. Applying this in parliament will allow effective questioning and pushing for budgets from ministries to develop Sadao and Khlong Hoi Khong concretely.
"An MP’s role is not just to speak well but to know how to get ministries to pay attention to our area and bring budgets to improve people’s livelihoods."
During his speech, Mr. Phiphat stressed that age is not a barrier in politics; what matters is heart and determination. He urged voters to choose representatives ready to work earnestly in the 8 February election and to vote for both Bhumjaithai candidates and party to sustainably develop districts and provinces.
Meanwhile, Ms. Sabida Thaiseat, party-list candidate and Bhumjaithai leader, visited Phatthalung to support party candidates: Air Force Captain Athikun Kongmee (Poo Kan Jun), candidate for Phatthalung Constituency 1; Mr. Worath Therdweeraphong (Plad Men), candidate for Constituency 2; and Mr. Khemphon Uittayakul (Munin), candidate for Constituency 3.
Since morning, Ms. Sabida visited Phatthalung municipal fresh market and met religious leaders at the city mosque. Later, she went to Tai Honod Market, Khuan Khanun District; in the afternoon she visited Khuan Sa Thong Municipality, Tamot District, finishing at Mae Khri Evening Market. She asked for votes for all party candidates and stressed that under Mr. Anutin's leadership, Bhumjaithai prioritizes Thai-Muslim communities, addressing expensive Hajj costs by pushing for price reductions. Since Bhumjaithai entered the Ministry of Interior nearly 3 years ago, the Hajj price has been cut by nearly 300 million baht. The party also pushed for increased allowances for teachers at Islamic schools (tadika).
Ms. Sabida added that Mr. Phiphat, overseeing the south, has consistently worked for the people. Phatthalung is progressing well; she urged voters to make smart political choices, not selecting candidates in isolation but supporting the whole province as a team to uphold Phatthalung’s dignity. She encouraged people to use politics for the greatest benefit of Phatthalung residents.
Regarding party policies, she said all have warmly received the Co-Payment Plus project and asked if it would return. She confirmed it will return if Bhumjaithai is chosen. Other party policies cover education for all ages and genders, skill development, job creation, drug addiction treatment centers, and most importantly, Mr. Anutin as prime minister restores Thailand’s dignity internationally. No one can disrespect or encroach on the nation’s sovereignty. Bhumjaithai’s main mission is to care for security, society, the economy, and livelihoods, implementing concrete and systematic disaster response measures.
"Just voting is not enough; people must spread the word too. On 8 February, please vote strongly for Bhumjaithai on both ballots: constituency and party list. Why Bhumjaithai? Because it is the fastest-growing and most popular party now. The party is growing well, becoming bigger, with a complete team of capable personnel working together. Therefore, Bhumjaithai is the final answer for the people. If anyone asks to split votes, sorry, that’s not possible now. Only Bhumjaithai can make our people proud."
In Bangkok, Mr. Eknat Phonphan, party-list candidate and Bhumjaithai’s campaign assistant in Bangkok, joined party leaders on stage at the market under the expressway near Wat Makok to campaign for Mr. Noraset Thianprasit, candidate for Din Daeng-Phrayathai constituency. The event was well attended by local residents.
Mr. Eknat said that if Bhumjaithai returns in this election, Mr. Anutin pledges to protect soldiers’ lives by building a border wall to prevent weapons, illegal goods, and drugs from entering Thailand. Despite his humble and approachable demeanor, Mr. Anutin decisively resolved Thai-Cambodian border issues, establishing security and order at 17 border points. The party also has a quality team including Ms. Suphajee Suthamphan, Mr. Ekniti Nititandprapas, and Mr. Sihasak Puangketkaew, ministers from Bhumjaithai, whose achievements in the past 2-3 months have been clear: raising rice prices, international diplomacy, Co-Payment Plus, and GDP growth. This shows Bhumjaithai fulfills its promises with visible results. Now, the prime minister must carefully manage markets as many creditors demand repayment of 2,000-2,400 baht under Co-Payment Plus, so someone like Anutin must return to repay the debt and immediately implement Co-Payment Plus Phase 2.
"In less than 3 months, they have achieved this much; imagine what 4 years can do. Bhumjaithai does not sell dreams. We have proven our capability and are confident. This time, with the adventure team of Suphajee, Sihasak, Ekniti, and Mr. Anutin, I will push forward to the very end. I know many parties make promises, but your choice affects Thailand's future. Can we let Thailand live in uncertainty without knowing if the government will support the military? Will we let populists break the piggy bank? If you can't take the risk, the choice is clear: select proven leaders who deliver. On 8 February, be sure not to be deceived. Vote Bhumjaithai on both ballots."
Mr. Noraset said that from months of campaigning, he sees the people's problems he wants to help solve by being a voice in parliament. He aims to improve quality of life, increase income, create educational opportunities for youth, support the elderly, continue Co-Payment Plus, and most importantly, ensure Din Daeng-Phrayathai has a quality public hospital. He is confident as voters warmly receive Bhumjaithai’s recent achievements, reinforcing the party’s "say and do" approach and realistic policies. He continues door-to-door campaigning, hoping the public will give him a chance to work hard if elected as Teacher Primmy.
After the speech, Mr. Eknat and Mr. Noraset mingled with the audience, with a lively atmosphere and many asking for photos.
Meanwhile, Mr. Thanakorn Wangboonkongchana, Bhumjaithai party-list candidate, visited Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market, Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan Province, to support Mr. Thapakorn Kulcharoen, candidate for Samut Prakan Constituency 6. Throughout the campaign, he attracted much attention from vendors and shoppers who asked for photos and urged the government to continue the Co-Payment Plus project.
Mr. Thanakorn said almost all political parties now admit that Co-Payment Plus genuinely helps reduce living costs for the people. Even the red party that once criticized it as borrowed money giveaways without real solutions is now campaigning with promises to increase the subsidy ratio to 70:30. The orange party that formerly criticized it has had to backtrack, even offering lottery tickets for Co-Payment Plus receipts at participating SMEs. Mr. Anutin clearly stated that if Bhumjaithai leads the government, Co-Payment Plus will expand coverage to register as many people as possible, helping vendors sell more and improving people’s quality of life.
Bhumjaithai also aims to sustainably develop the tourism industry, targeting 40 million international tourists with global standards in service and safety, to make Thailand a key destination and strengthen the tourism sector long-term.
Mr. Thanakorn added that under Mr. Anutin’s leadership, Bhumjaithai is a party that fulfills promises. Any policy benefiting the people will be implemented if they govern, unlike some parties that claim to have no gray zones but have candidates caught by police for vote buying, undermining their own slogans. The strong support for Mr. Anutin as prime minister is evident in many areas, with vendors warmly welcoming Bhumjaithai candidates, showing public confidence. He urged voters to turn this momentum into overwhelming votes for Bhumjaithai so Mr. Anutin can fully govern again.
"This election, Samut Prakan voters must strategize: vote for Mr. Thapakorn Kulcharoen, Bhumjaithai’s constituency candidate, and also for party-list number 37. This time, votes cannot be split. If you want Bhumjaithai’s good policies to come true, the prime minister must be Anutin Charnvirakul."
