Upon arrival, Mr. Yotsanan stepped down from the campaign vehicle to greet vendors and shoppers at Nonthaburi Pier market, receiving a warm welcome. People asked to take photos and presented flowers to him and his team. Fans requested his signature on their Pheu Thai party shirts. At one point, a shoe store vendor wearing a party shirt said he knew Yotsanan would come, then showed pictures taken with former Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra. Meanwhile, a fish noodle vendor removed a sacred string bracelet tied on her wrist and tied it on Yotsanan's wrist, chanting blessings for him to become prime minister.
At 17:00, Mr. Yotsanan took the stage at Nonthaburi Pier, joined by Mr. Panthongtae Shinawatra, son of former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Mr. Yotsanan said in part, "Today, please vote for Pheu Thai in all 8 districts and for me, Yotsanan, a native who studied here since kindergarten in Nonthaburi, to become prime minister. On 8 February, I will turn our dreams into reality with our own hands. First, we must raise income for those below the poverty line to at least 3,000 baht per month, reduce expenses, and increase earnings, so people have money left over and Nonthaburi becomes more prosperous."
"On 23 January, Pheu Thai will announce policies to solve water management issues comprehensively, and we will continue decentralization by increasing local budgets. Regarding drugs, within 3 months we will remove addicts for treatment, and within 6 months dismantle the entire drug network. No matter where the networks are, we will pursue and dismantle them using diplomacy. Scammers must be eliminated; with Yotsanan, there will be no scammers. None of this is possible without all 8 Nonthaburi MPs supporting me in parliament."

Phumipat Highlights Four Main Policies to Improve Lives, Seeks Chance to Care for Don Mueang Residents
Mr. Phumipat Hosakul, Pheu Thai candidate for Bangkok’s Don Mueang district, revealed his four key policy goals to uplift Don Mueang residents. The first policy aims to fix traffic congestion on Songprapha Road connecting to Vibhavadi Road, where multiple U-turns waste travel time. He proposed a connecting route between the two main roads to ease travel for the public.
The second policy seeks to stimulate Don Mueang’s economy, leveraging the area’s potential with Don Mueang Airport. The goal is to encourage tourists to spend more time in Don Mueang by promoting an OTOP (local products) center near the airport, providing vendors space to sell goods and capture tourist spending, thereby injecting substantial funds into the area.
The third policy focuses on empowering Don Mueang’s youth by establishing a center to develop talents in sports, music, and technology. This would allow young people to pursue their interests and receive support, fostering pride in their achievements and encouraging continued development.
The fourth policy aims to assist workers by setting up a job-matching center connecting laborers with employers to enhance skills. While some fear that technology and AI threaten jobs, he emphasized that these can also create new careers. Therefore, the policy includes upskilling Don Mueang residents to adapt to current technological demands.
"I want Don Mueang to have policies developed by its own people to improve our community. I always say if others don’t do it, I will. Over the past two years, no one has taken care of us. Former MP Karun Hosakul, whom Don Mueang trusted, said he felt discouraged facing repeated challenges. So, I volunteered to step in. I say again, if no one acts, I will. I ask for the chance to return and care for Don Mueang residents."
