Villagers Crowd to Photograph Teng Saying, May I Shake Your Hand, Prime Minister?

'Teng Nattapong' walked through Ngao Ngoen morning market in Lampang Province, where villagers crowded to take photos and said, 'May I shake your hand, Prime Minister?' before assisting 'Choltanee' with a local campaign speech for the Kla Tham Party.


On 23 January 2026 at Ngao Ngoen morning market, Ngao District, Lampang Province, Mr. Nattapong Ruangpanyawut, leader of the People’s Party and prime ministerial candidate, along with Ms. Tatsanee Boonnupakorn, a party-list MP candidate, and Ms. Suwipa Kusonjoong, candidate for constituency 2 of the People’s Party, campaigned from 6:00 a.m. Market vendors and locals approached to take photos and presented Mr. Nattapong with orange flower bouquets.


Mr. Nattapong encouraged everyone to keep fighting together and addressed questions from locals about the People’s Party. At one point, a villager ran up to shake his hand, saying, 'May I shake your hand, Prime Minister?'


Mr. Nattapong then proceeded to the multipurpose area at Wat Pa Kluai, Mueang Lampang District, to assist Mr. Choltanee Chueanoi, candidate for Lampang constituency 3, campaigning and giving a local speech for residents. This area is also a stronghold of the Kla Tham Party.
