The 'Kla Thamm' Party held a major campaign rally, calling on the people of Tak to vote for them across the entire province. They promoted Thammanat as their sole candidate for prime minister, emphasizing he is not anyone's nominee and is ready to move forward with solving problems related to livelihoods, water, and public debt.
On 23 Jan 2026 at 18:00, the Kla Thamm Party held a major campaign event in Nong Lem Subdistrict, Ban Tak District, Tak Province, attracting a large crowd of local residents. Present were Thammanat Prompao, party advisor and prime minister candidate; Narumon Pinyosinwat, party leader; and Pai Lik, party secretary-general. They joined the stage to support the three Tak constituency candidates for the House of Representatives: Pitak Onnom, number 7, for constituency 1; Chingchai Koprapakit, number 2, for constituency 2; and Phakphum Bunnapramuk, number 6, for constituency 3.
Pai Lik spoke during the rally, urging the people to elect Kla Thamm Party candidates as true representatives who will work for the public. He challenged voters to consider what other parties' representatives have done for Tak in the past. He emphasized that Kla Thamm is a party that 'does more than talks,' with achievements as proof, and led by Lt. Col. Thammanat, a leader with spirit ready to bring hope and solve real problems for the people.
Meanwhile, Phakphum Bunnapramuk, candidate for constituency 3, discussed his achievements and development plans for water management in Tak, particularly projects for reservoirs and water control structures in the Ping River basin. These initiatives aim to slow water flow during the rainy season, reduce flooding problems, and increase water reserves for agriculture long-term. He noted that many large projects have already passed study and design phases and began implementation while Kla Thamm oversaw the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
Phakphum also stated that if the Kla Thamm Party gains the trust of the entire province, their work will continue smoothly and effectively, enabling them to push important projects to tangible results quickly. He declared his readiness to begin working immediately, supported by data, a team, and a network of personnel who deeply understand Tak Province.
Prof. Dr. Narumon stated the reason Kla Thamm proposes Lt. Col. Thammanat Prompao as their sole prime minister candidate is because the party is clear, has a genuine leader, and is not a nominee of anyone. She pointed out that candidates from other parties often have real power figures hidden behind them, which means once in government, they cannot make independent decisions and must await orders from unelected individuals.
Prof. Dr. Narumon added that Kla Thamm is different because it offers a leader with real decision-making authority, who confronts problems head-on, and accepts direct responsibility to the people without blaming others. She urged the people of Tak to vote for the Kla Thamm Party across the entire province to ensure continuous and effective work in parliament and policy implementation.
"We never slander other parties or attack anyone, but we speak the truth and promise what we will actually do for the people. Kla Thamm may be a new party, but we are not new in our work and we never abandon the people," said Prof. Dr. Narumon.
Lt. Col. Thammanat Prompao said the party name 'Kla Thamm' clearly means all decisions rest with the party and the leaders chosen by the people, with no hidden orders from behind the scenes. He confirmed the party is ready to confront all problems affecting people's livelihoods.
Thammanat spoke about issues heard during visits to Tak, stating most people face continuously rising living costs while incomes do not increase, forcing many to carry debt burdens. He emphasized that if Kla Thamm gains the chance to govern, they will accelerate solutions to livelihood problems, reduce agricultural production costs, and create concrete opportunities to increase income for the people.
"Today, the people do not want fancy words but leaders who actually take action. Kla Thamm is ready to work, to fight, and to take responsibility for every decision. I ask the people to use the remaining time before the election to choose parties and candidates who can work immediately for the future of Tak Province and the country," said Lt. Col. Thammanat.
