The New Opportunity Party is campaigning to support Thanakorn Phadasri, candidate for MP in Samut Prakan District 4 (Bang Phli-Bang Kaeo), focusing on resolving traffic congestion and flooding issues. He is presented as a local who understands the problems and provides real solutions, not empty promises yet to be fulfilled in the future.
On 24 Jan 2026 GMT+7, Jatuporn Burusphat, leader of the New Opportunity Party, assigned Sirawit Chuangsen, the party's spokesperson, to campaign in Samut Prakan Province to support Thanakorn Phadasri, candidate for MP in Samut Prakan District 4, representing the New Opportunity Party, number 1. They visited communities in Bang Phli District and Bang Kaeo Subdistrict to meet residents, listen to their problems and suggestions, and present policies and solutions addressing long-standing issues affecting people's daily lives.
Thanakorn stated that the main problems in the area are chronic traffic congestion and recurrent flooding, which continuously impact residents' quality of life, travel, and livelihoods. Although these issues have been discussed for years, no concrete results have been achieved. It is now time for serious change with policies tailored to the area that can be realistically implemented—not just promises made during election campaigns.
Thanakorn emphasized that he is a native of Bang Phli District, having grown up and lived closely with the community. With experience working intimately with residents and having served as a community leader and village headman, he has a deep understanding of the area's core problems. He is confident this experience will enable him to effectively push for targeted solutions at the policy level.
Thanakorn added that his decision to run in this election under the New Opportunity Party is to seek a chance from the people to represent Bang Phli and Bang Kaeo residents in the House of Representatives. His goal is to promote sustainable development in the area and improve the long-term quality of life for its people.
