The People's Party sent Veerayut to speak in Nonthaburi, exposing a group called the K.K.K. Committee that spreads political fear. He warned that vote-buying this round is two to three times more expensive, with greater exploitation expected. Meanwhile, Sirikanya went to Samut Sakhon, stating that the Orange Party has disproved every claim of 'impossible' over eight years. She reminded voters not to forget to approve the referendum on 8 February.
On 24 January 2026, at Sombatburi Market, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, the People's Party held a rally introducing its candidates for Nonthaburi MPs, announcing key policies and party positions. Party leaders and campaign helpers joined the event, led by Veerayut Kanchuchat, deputy party leader and prime ministerial candidate; Parit Watcharasinsin, spokesperson and party list candidate; Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn, deputy party leader and party list candidate; and Piyabutr Saengkanokkul, People's Party campaign assistant.
"Itim" invites Orange voters to create possibilities.
Parit stated that if the People's Party forms the government, it promises to push decentralization to local authorities so every province can advance. They will improve flood forecasting and warnings to be more accurate. When floods occur, satellite images will identify damaged areas to ensure compensation reaches citizens quickly and fairly without waiting for waters to recede or burdening people with excessive paperwork. The People's Party is serious about fighting corruption.
He concluded that, in his view, their greatest enemy is "impossibility." Analysts debate whether winning first place will lead to government formation. Therefore, he invited citizens to unite once more to make what others say is impossible happen here. In this election, voters should mark both People's Party ballots to establish a people's government and approve the referendum to pave the way for drafting a new constitution that truly serves the people.
"Wiroj" counters Pheu Thai, says voting People's Party means professional government.
Later, Wiroj said that recently, many Pheu Thai leaders have attacked the People's Party in various ways. He said people voted for the Move Forward Party in the last election because they saw sincerity and dedication. He cited his time as chairman of the Military Court Constitution Drafting Committee, which aimed to transfer criminal cases involving soldiers against civilians from military to civilian courts. However, Pheu Thai commissioners requested reversal back to military courts. He asked Pheu Thai leaders attacking the People's Party to explain why their members acted this way.
He said today's election is not about choosing a party but whether Thai people want a new path or remain stuck in the old cycle. If the People's Party forms the government, they will have experienced professionals working alongside progressives like them. He acknowledged experience matters, but not the kind that harms the country. Ministers have served multiple terms but the country remains the same. If they return, ministers will look the same and social security will be hopeless because the owners of the Sky Nine building and those approving its purchase are united. This election is the decisive choice between moving the country forward or keeping it stuck. People have no other choice: to bring Thailand into a new future, vote People's Party twice.
"Piyabutr" responds to party analysis questioning if People's Party members wear the wrong color shirt.
Then Piyabutr said Thai politics has reached a major decision point. They must change the government and cannot let the same old people, who have alternated in power, return. These people have divided ministries and portfolios by faction without prioritizing people's agendas. Because of such governments, the country cannot change. For them, their own interests come first and the people come second.
February 8 is a crucial day determining the future of ourselves, our children, and Thailand. Some say even if the People's Party wins first, they won't form government due to traps set. With such analysis, he asked if the critics were wearing the wrong color shirt, thinking they were yellow shirts. By that logic, their own party shouldn't have been chosen in the past either, since they faced similar risks. When their party took risks, they stirred supporters to fight; now they say voting is useless. If you choose to surrender, then surrender, but the People's Party says they will continue to fight.
"If the Thai people, the highest sovereign power nationwide, say that more than half have granted a license to the People's Party government, then no one can block it. This is a fight that must use the people's voice, the highest authority of this land, to tell them that the people's license has been granted. No one can stop the formation of the People's Party government."
"Veerayut" asks if vote-buying is heavier this time, will they exploit less next time?
Veerayut said he talked with many people in their 30s who feel their lives have mostly lacked hope. They were born during the Tom Yum Kung crisis, then faced the 2006 coup, brief election hope, then the 2014 coup, and isolation from the world. This began the entry of 'grey capital' into Thailand. His generation saw Thailand called the 'fifth tiger,' with rapid economic growth from poverty to wealth, but eventually the bubble burst and the economy failed. Yet at least he lived in a time of possibility that allowed dreaming.
After moving abroad, he was amazed by the development but soon asked why Thailand couldn't be like that. He decided to fully commit to the People's Party because he believes politics should be about hope and uniting for better change. Yet Thai politics is held back by patronage systems. This time, established families know they will lose to the People's Party, which does not buy votes, so they collude, hiring new faces to claim a new image. But behind the scenes, they work as before. Vote-buying costs have risen two to three times; do you think next time they will exploit less? They will exploit more. Cranes will collapse more easily; roads will deteriorate faster.
Exposes K.K.K. group spreading political fear.
He called this group the "Committee for Turning Politics into Fear," abbreviated K.K.K. They rotate daily, saying voting Orange won't lead to government because deals are made behind the scenes. They advise not to vote for the party. If people think this way, extrajudicial powers will replace prime ministers or cabinets as normal, and even a coup would become routine.
Veerayut added that the patronage system and politics of fear have brought Thailand to 1% economic growth. But the People's Party believes in democracy: one person, one vote. If anyone still believes patronage politics is the solution and sees no other possibility, they can choose, but he asks for a chance to explain how the Orange movement works.
Expresses regret that Pita did not become prime minister.
Since 2023, after Pita did not become prime minister, they felt sadness and anger at injustices and mechanisms distorting the people's voice. Then they asked what they want from politics: to build the best government for Thai people and Thailand. Thai people deserve a better government. They have pursued three approaches: active opposition in parliament, fighting scams and rights outside parliament, and developing policies based on understanding diverse groups nationwide. Good policies require a capable government team with shared ideology and expertise, ready to govern immediately. The final piece is a "big dream." If Thai people stop dreaming and accept current limits, and if you believe the politics of fear created daily by the K.K.K., then Thailand will remain as is.
"But if you still have big dreams, dare to dream of a Thailand free of corruption, where civil servants work for the people and are proud to serve, where old industries thrive and new industries shine globally, and society is full of opportunity, then do not yield to fear. We must unite and push forward despite obstacles. The Orange vote signals we will not accept injustice. We dare to dream of a better Thailand and better lives for all. February 8 is a day of dreams, an Orange dawn. Thailand will become a country for everyone, a people's government."
"Sirikanya" points out that eight years of the Orange Party have disproved all claims of 'impossible.'
Sirikanya Tansakul, deputy party leader and prime ministerial candidate of the People's Party, gave a major speech at Subcharoen Market, Samut Sakhon. She said incidents on Rama 2 Road are not new but recurring. Everyone wants change and a government that truly understands and cares for the people to solve these problems once and for all. But despite waiting, nothing happened. The People's Party volunteers to help. Though ordinary people wanting to enter politics since 2018, after over eight years, the party has yet to hold state power to solve people's problems. Therefore, in 2026, they ask for the people's mandate to resolve issues decisively.
Sirikanya continued that everyone has lived with politics where the Orange Party was told for eight years that they were impossible—from the Future Forward era—but they have made the impossible possible. Now, the People's Party is closest to forming government. They must overcome the final hurdle. A slim or usual win will not suffice; everyone must vote overwhelmingly for the People's Party to create this possibility together. There is no time to hesitate in this last push. This mission is in everyone's hands. On 8 February, vote both Orange ballots to send Orange to form a people's government to solve the people's problems.
However, the People's Party will not govern long if the flawed 2017 constitution, which has caused failures from drafting to the 2016 referendum, is not amended and fully redrafted. Therefore, on 8 February, all citizens must approve the new constitution draft. Drafting requires everyone's participation starting from the initial referendum and a second referendum after necessary amendments. Once the new draft is complete, a third referendum is needed. To ensure the first vote is not wasted, everyone must vote overwhelmingly to approve the new constitution that establishes fair rules for all and restores stable democracy.
